since you are looking at DFI...I suggest you visit DFI Street like hellfire also said. Read their stickies and even post your config there. They will help you and your system and avoid errors that others have experienced. They have recommended ram and psu lists with model numbers.

I have a DFI board (in sig) and it was the hardest mb to get stable...even w/o overclocking...I found out I had a bad kit of gskill 1gb ddr600.

One area I expect them to say something is your ram...seems that getting 4 sticks of ram is much harder to get stable than two.

did you check the sticky about the recommended psu list? the board needs many power connections direct to the motherboard...so PSU is pretty common to be the fault of an unstable system.

the one I posted is good. $75 for a psu that can handle an O/C'd DFI board is pretty cheap compared to other 530w-600w many of the ppl at dfi street use.

i would liek the option to overclock but i don;t belive i would would liek another option for a motherboard. Now i am buying a PSU and thats gonna push me over the century mark so its getting really expensive for me.

Compatibility issues are always an issue i know but are there any other recomendations for a motherboard?

Modulux i ca;t find the link u said u posted on this page or page 2. And a 75 dollar psu would sound nice.... as my cpu cooler will cost me 50

Don't count on it. Newegg's new "3 day Guaranteed" is UPS ground. They are like 50/50 on getting here in 3 days.

I call them up and b!%@# about it every time. And when you do they say it's the shippers fault, and you tell them "Well it says guaranteed 3 day on your web site, so I guess it's your problem to deal with".

Yea, UPS pissed me off this week....my replacement eVGA 7900GT was at my local delivery station on Thursday, scheduled for delivery on Friday. Never came on Friday, called them three/four times and they always said it was out for delivery. When I finally called, said don't know where it's at, have to wait until Monday...
