SVC was a typo, I had just gotten done ordering some coolers and cables from them and had them on the brain. 
The email was from Comp Geeks, about the $12.00 DVD.

I like it alot... But, can't help you on the comparison to a 5700 Ultra!
I would highly recommend that 9600XT, but until I get a few more cards in here (  ) I can't tell you anything about it, except that it kicks its little brother's butt (the straight 9600).
