Suggestions? GF4TI-4200 fan siezed!

Well, my computer has been running like s#!7 for a while now and I figured out why.... my video card has been overheating, who knows how long the fan on my vid card has not been spinning. Anyways, I've never done any aftermarket changes to the videocard before and I need someone to suggest a good replacement to the stock cooling? I don't need anything incredible, just something with the performance of stock cooling... I don't plan on OC'ing this card.

Or if you don't want the fan, they have a setup without one. I'd get a fan though.

Plenty of cooling without the fan too, if your case has adequate air flow. And no noise at all!!!
