I think that only applies to Vista 32, because the update in question KB937287 installed with no problems in my Vista x64 system on 2/16. That is not actually Vista SP1 (SP1 is KB936330), but simply an update microsoft released to prepare systems for SP1 (whatever that's supposed to mean).

Here's XP SP3 RC2
Not the final version of SP3, but it's probably pretty close.

This script will supposedly modify the registry and allow you to receive SP3 via windows updates. You do need to remove any previous SP3 beta's and it's supposed to be run from a system that already has SP2 installed.
