What's wrong with it? I would have used actual Linux on the computers, but the people who use them would be lost in oblivion. |
Blhaaa... anytime I have (or anyone else I know) that has tried to use it, it's slow doesn't work right and just is plain more work than just installing a dual boot copy of Linux.
Like I said... if I just want some of the good *nix tools (grep, cat, etc..) to use in Windows I'll use unxutils. |

You want to do unix commands in Windows? Use : http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/. You want to run a Unix/Linux program in windows... DON'T!!! Run in on Unux/Linux! |
I'll bring the honey. I used Cygwin once, for ten minutes. _________________ Due to a not-that-interesting turn of events, I am now known as Justin Danger. |

I'll check it out some time in the future. For now, it serves it's purpose. Just has to run rsync daily to back up a bunch of accounting and invoicing stuff to a backup server. _________________ 5 home-built PCs, ASUS A6Jc Laptop, and a PowerEdge 2650 - all running Gentoo.
