I reinstalled my OS from win x64 to win xp pro. when I installed my printer driver it said that it was not connected to a high speed usb port. But all of my usb's are 2.0. It said I needed to install a controller. What is it talking about?
thanks

What version is your XP disc? Pre-SP1 might just need to be updated to get the high speed support.

easist first step would be go to Win update and run all updates, most drivers will automatically be updated, and attached hardware detected.
then check the manufacter for any proprietary updates and drivers.
