Belkin 1500VA UPS @ Buy.com $135 FREE SHIPPING TOO

If you have all equipment in the same area this should be able to run it all. It is the one I am using currently.

Mixed results on Belkin... I have two, and both failed (and I mean went dead) with in a month of each other. They were about 3 yrs old at the time.

Normally batteries dying doesn't cause the unit to go dead.

I just ordered that Belkin UPS to try it out. Not a bad price, and if I find one better, my parents need one at their store anyway Razz . Forget about protecting the extra stuff in the basement for now, that's not as important as this desktop.

I think you can't go wrong if you get a good APC unit?

I think you still can go wrong...but if I can decrease the possibility of an issue, it's worth it.

This really doesn't have anything to do with the RAID, though, haha.
