I went and checked wifes unit -power light was on .but computer was off and when i hit the power on switch .it would start to power up (power supply kicked on ) and turn off .before it even come up to a lighted screen on start up .and the computer shuts off . so i swap out the 450 watt codegen power supply.with a true power 480 watt . get it all hooked up plug in the power cord and it fired right up .without pushing in the power button . it fired right up to windows xp pro . and all seemed fine .i have windows shut down the computer and now the power light on the front is lit up red .but i hit the power or reset button .and the computer will not fire back up .any ideas Confused

Check for RMA. My old super micro boards had a 3 year warranty on them and they both blew at the 2.75 year mark. Grin
