I've always been a Corsair fan and I know very little of OCZ. Newegg has these two 2GB DDR400 PC3200 deals for $138 AR.
Which is better?
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory - Retail
* Model #: OCZP4002GK
* Timing: 2-3-2-5

CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory - Retail
* Model #: Twinx2048-3200c2pt
* Timing: 2-3-3-6

I don't know much about the timings (latency) but I think the lower numbers, the better? So the OCZ is slightly better then? |

Might be hard to prove what kit is 'better' on paper, but lower timings are generally better. Both brands are very good, and those timings are both fairly tight. If the deal was really good on one over the other, I'd go with it! |
