what computer parts do you keep on hand just in case you need a replacement ?

Other than review items, things I try to have on hand:

HDD, PSU, cables, one heatsink for each type of CPU in the house.

heheh Yea, really the only things I don't have on hand is a spare CPU now that I think about it...much of the spare stuff is review items that I didn't find a home for LOL Or stuff I've upgraded for others and they gave me their old parts (12 cdrw/dvdrom drives).
