Spyware Headache

I am working on a computer for a customer that is infested with spyware. I am trying to get rid of Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c
Does anyone know how to get rid of this thing the eaisest way possiable??? I am about to just wipe the hard disk and be done with it but I want to see if I can do it without resorting to that first. Let me know and thanks in advance!!! Bang Head

Looks like a bit of a lengthy process, but seems like it would work.

Or do it my way. Re-install and secure the computer and install maintenence software. And show them how to use the maintanence software. And put limitation on what they can do.
