Ubuntu is what we run on our webservers. It's a Debian-based distro that is actually very easy! The package managment is top notch, as well as the system performance. I have yet to have a bad experience with these systems!

Yea, I've tried it out, it's pretty slick. The only thing that I didn't like was that certain things were not in the standard package repositories, like video codecs.
