So what are you going to dine on tomorrow?

I'm hoping Cheeze will make his famous Guinness Corned Beef.

(And I know it's not an Irish dish, but it's still a tradition just the same.)

Recipe is pretty simple:

Take Your favorite Corned Beef Place it in a crock pot.. throw in a few crushed cloves of garlic, and a head of cabbage quarted. Add 1 can of Beef broth, and fill the rest with Guinness Extra Stout (the non widgeted bottle), cook for 8 - 12 hours dpending on your crock pot.

(The benefit derives from antioxidants, which the researchers said reduce cholesterol deposits on arterial walls. The compounds are found in dark Irish stouts but not their paler cousins.)
