Reason being I dont own a optical mouse, but it is fully compatible and i dont need to tell you but if you were really intrested in buying one you would see on their site that they are compatible.

Sorry If I gave you the impression that I was giving you a hard time.
Like I said before, it's a good review but I was just curious why you didnt test optical mice with the pad (keep forgetting that not everybody uses them) which you answered in your post.
And if it wasn't for your review I would have paid £30 instead of £15 so your review did the job... informative, helpful and above all else made me want to go out and buy one
