I wish I could be of some help here, but I don't have experience in asigning alternative diets. I've been looking in my usual online consult material, but I couldn't find anything. I'll ask the pediatrician I'm working with right now on monday (sorry... next day I'll see him) to see if he can forward me some more information.

Besides that... you seem (at least to me) to have covered most of the alternatives, but I'll let you know if I can find something else.

He surely was antigen tested... normally they place antigens pertaining to the different possible allergy producing food/materials in the skin and wait for a while to see if it has a reaction (at least that's the way I have seen it in books... haven't seen one in real life... maybe Misty can tell us better).

Anyway... he wasn't symptomatic, was he? Did he have abdominal symptoms before the testing?

Yes, he had the skin test yesterday (poor boy's back looked like he'd gotten attacked by a hive of bee's).

He has had a cr@p load of other test recentely as well (ask Misty has she had to collect his poop).

I don't know if you can get it in the states, but my friend has several of those allergies, and eats a meat subsitiute called Quorn, which is made from mushrooms. It's high in vits a, b, d and e, and has quite a few minerals in it as well. i personally hate it, but he like it and so does my sister (vegetarian).

TMI WARNING

Yes, he's had chronic diarrhea since he was born. He rarely (few times/year) has a formed stool.

And if only Ty knew I was disclosing BM information about him on the web!
