I wish I could be of some help here, but I don't have experience in asigning alternative diets. I've been looking in my usual online consult material, but I couldn't find anything. I'll ask the pediatrician I'm working with right now on monday (sorry... next day I'll see him) to see if he can forward me some more information.
Besides that... you seem (at least to me) to have covered most of the alternatives, but I'll let you know if I can find something else. |
