Right now I am running windows Vista and cannot install unsigned drivers.(Why can't there be some kind of override or something?) I tried to download Riva Tuner but could not install the driver. I wanted to overclock my Nvida GeForce 9300 GE because it is really not a good card. (Thats why I signed up for the contest here Razz). So is there anyway to temporarly overide the system so the driver can install but leave its secruity functions on?

Are you talking about the UAC popup?

Have you tried installing using the "Run as an administrator" option?

when opening a file in Vista, it's a good practice to right-click and choose "run as administrator".

that said, last i checked, RivaTuner doesn't come with any drivers on its own, but works with your existing drivers.

I have used it in XP many times but never in Vista. I dont remember any drivers but do know that it needs to build up the database of info.
