Can anyone suggest a software that can increase a ddr2 ram voltage via windows?

I'm currently using windows xp prof.

my motherboard is ECS G31t-m7 and it's maximum clock timing allowed is 6-6-6-15 and lower which i think really requires higher voltages.

any software out there?

my mobo does not provide any voltage changes i have tried opening each settings in every corner of my bios and no voltage settings found. i wonder if one could name me a software that could do a ram voltage change via windows...or a software that could try and edit my bios to provide me a ram voltage change...

anyone?...
