You haven't seen bad roads until you've visited the province of Quebec. We pay much more than any other province for license and registration fees, plates, etc, yet our roads are the worst in the country. What the hell they do with all the money they collect from us is beyond me.
To make things worse the Quebec license bureau wanted me to pay over $200 extra this year to keep my motorcycle class on my permit. They claim there are too many motorcycle accidents and thus they were forced to increase the premium. Total BS, I haven't driven a bike in years but I should not have to pay extra just to keep the motorcycle class on my permit. I refused to pay it so they removed that class from my permit  |

Got back home late Monday night. Had a great time although very exhausting ... the family hogged all my time  I did get a free round trip ticket for taking a later flight on the way up
