Late is anywhere past 6...am Late as in going to bed late - going to bed early and getting up at that time is insanely early. _________________ my site

I have done it both ways. There was a time I kept vampire hours and never saw bed before 4 or 5 in the morning then would sleep till noon. I much prefer it like I do it now. Go to bed between 11-12 and wake around 5:30-6:00

In bed by 10pm...up at 4am..........used to be EVERY DAY..........lately, I've been able to sleep in on weekends till 6AM, and on a few occasions till 7AM. _________________ Two wrongs don't make a right!
