Keep going back, back, back each windows version (really all software, but O/S's are especially complex) has been less then perfect as shipped. multiple hotfixes and service packs general polish the system and result in a fairly good product 1-3 years after initial release, about the time the push/hype/rumors begin about the next version being "even better than sliced bread" and the process starts again >private beta>public beta> RC1...2...3> and so on. |
