unless you're doing CPU intense stuff, you may not notice much of a performance boost with the quad.

I still really like the Antec 300 as a basic case:

Going with that cpu, would I still use the same memory? What do you like about the antec case over the ultra? I really have no idea how to pair them up. Maybe getting too old to begin. Used to be pretty good with these things, but haven't kept up with them.
