Installed it on my mobo last night and I'm one happy puppy. Temp dropped by around 10c to low 40s, and ramped up to 60c under load. Previous to this my procs were doing 49c idle and reached 69c when gaming. Mildy OCd it to 3Ghz, but I usually do 3.5Ghz when gaming.
I really like the mount better than push pins, even if I had to take out the mobo.
Best part is the VRGuard is very silent even when then fan is doing 2500rpm
