My 7 month old Boxer puppy(90 lbs puppy) was hit by a car. Some @a$$h0le was going too fast got in the gravel and ran off the road, and hit my puppy in my yard. @sshole didnt even stop. And I would have put him down but the vet stated he would make a full recovery. He had 2 broken front legs and a broken jaw. I paid a grand, and my aunt gave my daughter $1200, I am allowed to make payments on the rest. Most people think I am crazy, but I figured there was at least one person out there who would sympathize with me. |
In a case like that I would have done the same thing. Somebody dumped Bob over our fence under the cover of darkness when he was about 4 months, he's now a bit over 3 years. He has proven to be a great protector, very loyal dog. He takes care of us so we should take care of him. Now granted if it was going to be a temporary fix I would not do it. My dog is like another child, and my kids just adore him, so I know I did the right thing, most just think I am crazy...LOL
On a happy note, Roco comes home tomorrow  I cant wait , I pick him up after work!!! |
