You'd have to get a lawyer, and even then who knows the outcome.
However it's HIGHLY unlikely... I just poked around, and it appears the new owner is:

Only other suggestion is to contact enom.com and see if they are willing to do anything. Probably won't though. Sorry Fox... 
As a last resort you could try to sit on the domain using something like goddays service where they will watch for the domain to expire and then register it as soon as it does. |
