one time I got denied for a rebate, they said it wasn't postmarked within 30 days. (it was)
I told buy.com customer service, and they gave me a $40 credit to my CC! They didn't even ask for my copy of the rebate for proof. Not store credit, but $40 to my credit card!
TigerDirect seems to be the toughest place to get rebates back. Buy.com is the best. I don't think they had a rebate that I didn't receive. |
