It must be true! The government said so,I saw it in the times. Bang Head

Apparently the Columbia Accident Investigation Board sat thought allot of PowerPoint presentations to reach that conclusion.
I'm not saying it didn't happen that way, but they shouldn't blame the tool for the presenters failure to make clear that it was a synopsis, of a written report, nor the "senior managers" failure to read and understand the information backing up the slides.
It does point out the NASA culture is in unbelievably bad shape when the "responsible manager" considers a slide show a complete analysis of a potential problem. All to similar to the Mars mission that crashed due to simple miles to kilometer convesion error. (these engineers need to go the MS Office for Beginners classes) Or maybe a"it's your JOB to pay attention stupid!" seminars, but they'd probably sleep through those too. Bang Head Bang Head Bang Head Bang Head Bang Head

by the same logic
People were way smarter before the use of the wheel, Egyptians, Aztec's and easter islander's all managed to quarry and erect huge stone structures and statues purely by man power, in some way that we can't figure out today. so we should condemn the use of all wheeled vehicles.
