Is there any chance that they make an LCD monitor with a greater than 60hz refresh rate??
The only thing holding me back right now from going the LCD route with a spanned array is the fact that I get sea-sick if I look at an LCD display for more then 5 minutes. ...and thats even just doing email, spreadsheets, etc. Couldn't image trying to game on an LCD. Even looking at this laptop display makes me ill if I do it for a varying number of minutes.
From prior experience, 70hz is all that I need to keep from having to go lay down and take a nap..
What I'm looking for is:
19" wide or standard
thin edge frame
800:1 contrast or greater
8ms or less response.
cheap since I'm looking to buy at least 3 of them. |
