I've never heard of such a thing. SCSI requires a much different controller than an IDE drive.
EDIT: found These, but they convert IDE optical drives to SCSI interface. I don't think you can go the other way because of how the SCSI drive interfaces with the controller.
If I were you, I'd grab a cheap SCSI controller and copy the data off the drive to another disk. (see above) _________________
