I bet they WOULD partner with AOL... The "sandbox" model would certainly please them, since they like to censor games and such.
We've had a local Wal-mart for year now, but I don't know anyone who actually shops there or will admit to. There's a computer store on every block downtown, so if people actually start to go to Wal-mart for computer parts, then it will pretty much cause downtown to be deserted.
It still seems like a silly idea to me - modders care about brand and appeal, Wal-mart sells cheap american crap. I really wonder what brands they'll get in there. |
