It must be just me.. Remote Desktop always gave me fits. lol
Generally I can walk someone over the phone or IM app on installing and setting up VNC. ...even the "Computer Challenged". once running, I set a few parameters and password lock it. ...so the next time they have issues, all I need is their IP addy. |
