Can't boot to hard drive to remove spyware

I have a hard drive that I can't boot to to remove s ton of spyware. Are there any apps that I can run off my USB thumbdrive that let me choose which drives I want to scan, besides Adaware? If any knows let me know. Thanks! Confused

try to boot to safe mode. press the f5 or f8 key before the windows animation when you start your pc.

if you have a legit copy of windows, go to their site and download and install antispyware, it's not that bad and it's free!!!
till it comes out of beta

If its big enough, you could always just opt to put an OS on the flash drive.
