OK, I am trying to uninstall (COMPLETLY) an Aopen FM56-SVV modem. I can get ridof it fine in the device manager in XP Home but I cannot get it out of Add/Remove Programs for the life of me. When I click on it in Add/Remove Programs, it seems to think for a minute and then the window "flashes" and it does nothing. I cannot get rid of it in Add/Remove Programs in Normal or safe mode. Does anyone know anything else to try? I have looked on Aopen's website but they do not seem to have a software removal tool that will get rid of it for me. Help!
