Interesting fact, the winner of this series will be the lowest seeded team to win (LA 8th - NJ 6th).

I know I'm a day late and a dollar short, but REALLY! I missed every game so far of the finals but am glad the Devils finally took one so I can watch the end....................... Grin

Not really an Kings fan, but it's tough to deny them given what they've done this post season. Definitely felt like a team of destiny after they chewed up the Canucks is short order.

Well it's been interesting to say the least.

After the Devils win on Saturday:
- Kings didn't break the record of 10 road wins (held by the '95 & '00 Devils & '04 Flames)
- Devils became only the 3rd team to ever force a game 6 after losing the first 3 games in the Stanley Cup Finals
- Devils improve to 10-1 in games 4-7 in the 2012 playoffs
- For the first time in the 2012 Playoffs the Kings lost consecutive games
- Again, first time the Kings are playing a game 6 this postseason (game is on Monday @ 8PM)

Game 6 on NBC at 8PM est in Los Angeles
- If the Kings win they will hoist the Stanley Cup in their arena
- If the Devils win, there will be a game 7 on Wednesday on NBC at 8PM est
