Best Way to Remove uclean hijack?

I need the easiest way to remove a "uclean" hijack/spyware problem. Don't have time to google it, otherwise I would Razz

HijackThis is good, but they're not sure what to remove from it and don't want to ruin the system LOL They're certainly not techy people, more of a "mom and pop" people...

Also, I know they are running AdWare and AVG, uclean is not caught by them Sad

Try doing a system restore at a point prior to infection.

1) Do system Restore
2) Disable system restore
3) Reboot
4) Enable system restore.

Thanks, I'll have them try that...

I think I know what caused it after talking to her SON...he probably installed some World of Warcraft add-on that caused it...because he said he tried installing some WoW add-on and then the next day it got that message...

Otherwise who knows LOL
