Here are reviews of Wally World's new $199 PC that runs Linux... The reviews are all pretty positive, but the comments reveal what a strange new world this OS is to them...

I really expected Windows, and was prepared for an afternoon of removing unneeded programs as well as explaining little oddities and many many concepts. Instead I was surprised/shocked when it booted to Linux instead. My initial thought was someone had bought the machine, put Linux on it and returned it.

This is a Linux machine that's capable of XP or Vista.

Software upgrades on this machine are FREE FOREVER. Try that on a windows box.

Bhaaa.... Another screaming failure. This system is barely capable of running XP, and Vista will choke it like John Holmes would choke a 1st time p0rn star.

I think that's why they didn't put Windows on that PC. gOS is installed when you buy it.

And anyone buying a PC at Walmart probably will not have the insight to install XP or Vista on that PC.
