You've got to be kidding me! Funny but just a bit melodramatic.
Dude, it's winter and sometimes it snows!

not like this. We usually get about 10-12" total for the year in the Balitmore/DC area. We got 26" and then a few days later got 3". a few days later we got 36" and then another 10". We now have more snow than Jackson, WY. Also, we don't have the equipment to deal with more than 12" of snow at a time, much less over 6 feet on the ground at once.
So yeah, it's a big deal for the idiots around here. _________________

No offense mrweasel, but I kind of feel that the less that happens in DC the better and lots of snow might help slow things down.
I didn't realize it was 6ft. of snow, sounds like a lot of fun, probably a bit crazy on the roads though. _________________

You guys better get cleared up soon - I have to come down there Monday. Don't need any extra hassles...
We only have about 8" on the ground right now from all of the same storms that clobbered you. |

@acruxksa - If they closed down for the next 9 months to prevent anything happening, I'd be okay with that.
@Jason - going anywhere fun? _________________

Tons of fun... The NIH for my now annual probing. Anxiety is already building for the grand finale of my visit... To be told to lower my pants, lay face down, and wait for this to bore in to the core of my hip bone...
