Today "My Phone" finally makes its way to consumers. My Phone is a Windows application storefront with a few interesting features, like the ability to have your app purchases charged either to a credit card or on your monthly phone bill. Oddly enough there is also a self-service return policy giving you a full refund for an app within 24 hours.
