Yeah, it seems like it does nothing. But...at least it does NOT hurt anything. Oh...and there are some reports of people having more Drive Space after installing Vista SP2, Really...  Myabe SP2 clears some unneccessary temp files or something...
Anyway, I personally haven't noticed anything like that.
