If you use the command line version I know you could install different instances on your computer for use with multi CPU/GPU setups... Then you use flags in the script to say what core each installation is to use, and you can give individual user names / team numbers.

Fold on, guys! I've been folding since my rig was finished in february. it's great to see teams big and small contributing. Cowboy

recently i got the SMP client set up on my CPU, to help my GPU in WU production. yesterday was a record day for me - over 7000 points. Smile
