this is a decent board for htpc use. I would say see if you can sell it at Craiglist or anandtech or hardofurm. they got more poeple in for sale section.

Buy now and I will throw in a 2GB DDR2 800MHz memory module!! With onboard DirectX 10 graphics, you don't need much else to get up and running with this setup.
