HAHAHA - I have entered a new realm of Geekdom. I came home a bit ago and realized it was a bit chilly in my room. It took me a while to figure out why but then I saw my fan on in front of an open window. So instead of turning on my electric heater, I turn on my laptop and second monitor with it running CPU intensive applications.

I rule! Wave

I considered writing a guide on heating your home with Athlons, but I couldn't decide on a name. Laughing

My Athlon 2000+ keeps my room at a decent tempature. We've been getting -30's and -40's lately too.

The fans help, since they get the heat out of the pc faster to warm up the room. I use UD as my thermostat, if it get's too hot, I close UD for a bit. Grin
