Just downloaded and started this new GPU2 6.12 Beta client, which should work on both ATI and Nvidia cards. Dont know about Nvidia but it runs on ATI just fine...and also...finally they made nice visualisation - similar to the one on PS3. King Wink

One "problem" that i noticed...is that sometimes client runs so fast that ETA is only 3 hours or less (for 10k steps WU - only 192 points but who cares), and every now and then....it goes dam* slow...and ETA increases to 4 DAYS! Mad

Well...we shouldnt forget it's still BETA....so i am sure Mr.Vijay and his team will fix that in no-time (hopefully). Smile

Grin

Yeah - get cracking.

I just turned my Xeon 3210 into a diskless folder. It is a quad 2.13GHz CPU currently OC'ed to 2.66GHz. It seems to be working almost 2x the speed of my Quad Opteron 2.0Ghz!

So that's how you did it. The future MrsWeasel is giving me crap for having too much stuff, so of course I had to consolidate.

Need to check my PS3...I think it is off Sad

Laughing - it is all about compromise. yeah right!

The Xeon has completed any WU yet... Just turned it on this AM. Tomorrow should be a big update for me, though.

Man... After only about 27 hours, that quad Xeon is about to submit its second complete WU! The Opteron is getting lapped quickly.

Damn... 7,528 in the last 24 hours. With just the Quad Opteron I get around 2000 per day, maybe a little less. This Quad Xeon is kicking in 5000+ per day! Yikes
