1) No cross walk, they are what is classified as "fair game", does not apply to those under 16.
2) They have the right away at stop lights, until it turns green... then "fair game". At Stop signs, they have the right away... but maybe we can have a "marking" system. Once they get so many of them, the are deem a$$hats and are on the "fair game" list. |
