Upgrading this forum?

Hello.

I miss quick links which I can get in the latest version by the vbulletin forum system. Is it going to be an upgrade soon?

I got so far in on modfiying phpBB 2.x years ago, that leaving for vBulletin became unlikely. Even now, I am unsure what it might take to just go to phpBB 3.x

Well.. Open Tech Support uses quick links.

I'm a member so I don't know if you can even see the quick links as an unregistered user, but I think you can.

Doesn't seem hard, but I will have to find a hack to use to make it happen.

Saw a full forum theme that had what I wanted included... but the download links were all dead.
