Yup it will and knowing that you have a limited satellite connection like me, it'll save you a ton of bandwidth as well....................

Windows XP Service Pack 3 Release to Web (RTW) Delayed

I wonder if Vista will be worth getting after SP1.. It does have DX10, but I suppose xp beats it in just about everything else  |
