Here are the rules:

I enter their contests whenever available. Someone else always wins but almost never acknowledge their win.
This is ridiculous!  
If I won, I would claim the prize, of course. |

I don't know why most people do not claim their prize.  Maybe they forgot. I don't think most people know they have to claim the prize in the forum. They probably think they will be notified by email. |
