anyone know of free software that will convert TGA to JPEG on a Win98 client?

bah, didn't want to slow down the 98 machine anymore...convinced the guy to save the tga to a share and convert at his pc.

That is ironic because jpeg is not free.

Irfanview also allows you to open up targa files and save as jpeg. It's also a nice photo viewer.
