I was just offered an opportunity to go over there for a 6 month detail to help train their "Border Patrol". 70% additional pay.
I'd do it if I didn't have a family to think about.
I had got a offer somewhat like that for Brazil back in late 90's to rebuild their telephone and cable tv networks. $300K US a year in cash, housing, vehicle, armed guards, etc.. but was during a social/political uprising. ...thought the better of it when I saw what was going down on TV.
