I got one of these from Buy.com because they were on sale and I had a $20 off coupon that was expiring. So, it was like $60 something shipped.
Stock it is 2.0GHz dual core with 800MHz FSB.
Booted once at stock, shut down and with the stock cooler still on I just left all the settings alone but set the FSB to 1066MHz. Booted right up at 2.66GHz. Temps are still great, voltage still low, and it flew through a bunch of tests and benches with ease. Wonder how high it can go with some real effort...

I tried to jump right to 333MHz FSB and it didn't boot... - go figure.
But, it has been running great at 266MHz... Just wastes DDR3 rated for high speeds. Can't get a divider high enough to take this DDR3 1600MHz stuff above 1066MHz. |

Still a nice overclock...I'm looking at putting a budget Intel rig together, might just have to try one of these chips. _________________

I'm going to be looking at the new Wolfdale low-end CPU's when they hit the streets................ The priceto performance ratio should be outstanding along with some awesome OC'ing to go along with it...........
